Eric Shih
While attending Pennsylvania State University, I majored in Digital Arts and Media Design, and minored in Photography. While focusing on 3D modeling/animation, I picked up complementary skills in other visual based media.
I had aimed to incorporate photography knowledge into my 3D process. Along the way, I became enamored with photography. While I still maintain work for 3D modeling and animation, my main interest has moved towards creating and capturing images.
No matter what I am working on, my creative process focuses on exploring clean and creative design. I run through several variations and edits, in order to produce the best result.
The creative process doesn’t always have to be about what is the easier, or most logical. To me, I find it more important to find what something that is meaningful and explores the boundaries of your limits.
